I’m an active east coast girl with western ties. I’m looking for new ways to challenge myself physically. I wouldn’t call myself a one-sport girl. I have aspirations to try as many things as I can. If something sticks, fabulous! If not, I’m thrilled that I gave it a go. I’ve held out for far too long, limited myself in my 20’s, came up with a number of excuses for just not going for it (whatever “it” was at the time). The truth is that I was too scared to do “it” alone. My 20’s are coming to an end and the thought of turning 30 is a little scary but mostly EXTREMELY EXCITING. It’s definitely kicked my butt into gear along with a couple of kicks from my dear friend. Without being all philosophical, okay maybe just a little, a new chapter in my life is about to begin! There is no reason why I shouldn’t give myself a six month head start! Follow me on my journey to find a balance between my body and my mind through workouts, food, and meditation (eventually)!
